This detached executive style villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of 6 similar properties, and enjoys its own spacious and secluded private garden. It has a gated private drive with plenty of room for up to 3 family cars. This property has been very tastefully furnished to provide maximum comfort. Within the tiled and walled garden with its large heated swimming pool, there are sun loungers, tables and chairs. It boasts a spacious roof terrace with views over the whole of Corralejo and Lanzarote, from which to watch the sun go over a glass of wine – or two!.Approximately 1km from the centre of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes. It is within easy reach of many of the best beaches in the north of the island. There are plenty of superbly stocked supermarkets in Corralejo as well as local stores and cafes within a short walking distance. A large heated swimming pool (with thermal cover) and an outdoor heated Vita Spa completes the holiday experience.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom description:

Spacious Master double bedroom/ensuite with bedside cupboards/lamps, chest of drawers and fitted double wardrobe. The large ensuite bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath, bidet, wc, sink. Second and third bedrooms have twin beds, bedside cupboards and lamp, fitted double wardrobe. All three bedrooms have been comfortably furnished and well presented. There are hairdryers in each bedroom.

Bathrooms:

The main double bedroom has its own private bathroom ensuite with a Jacuzzi bath with shower over, bidet, wc and sink. Additionally, there is a large fully tiled family shower bathroom, comprising of bath/shower, wc, bidet, sink with overhead mirror/light and shaver point.

Kitchen:

Large modern kitchen comprising of: - Oven, ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher with plenty of work space. Fully equipped with pans, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle etc.

Living Room:

Superbly furnished with a large corner sofa, coffee table and lamps. Wall unit with TV/DVD. The separate dining room has a table that seats 6 and has access to the garden area via double patio doors.

Utility Room:

Separate large outside utility with washing machine, ironing and drying facilities

Cleaning
