Room to Breathe will carry out a “health check” to ensure that all properties comply with local health and safety guidelines.
All properties offered for holiday rental through Room to Breathe have a minimum standard of furnishings, fully fitted kitchens, entertainment (TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi as a minimum) and adequate outside space.
All properties will be fully cleaned prior to guests’ arrival; swimming pools and health spas will be cleaned at least twice per week.
Room to Breathe only offer properties for short-term rental that are suitable (size, facilities, location).
