- Take the keys from your lawyer once you have taken title
- Carry out a full builders clean
- Arrange for kitchen and furniture fitting (if you decide to order flat pack furniture, we will assemble for you)
- Design, construct, and plant a complete garden through our Room to Breathe Gardens division
- Provide a range of quality garden furniture, terracotta and stoneware, barbecues and Health Spas
- Commission your pool or spa
- Prepare your property for holiday letting (if you so wish) so that it complies with all local fire and safety regulations
- Provide all necessary linen, crockery and cutlery which is readily available locally in the event of loss or damage
- Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of you property – changeover cleans, laundry, windows, pools and spas, gardens
- Carry out regular repairs and maintenance so that your property is always presented in a top class condition
- Arrange airport transfers for you and your guests
