Room to Breathe SL is a fully registered company, licensed to manage villas and apartments and to rent accommodation, both for holidays and long term.
We are based in Fuerteventura and have experienced for ourselves the problems that arise when buying a villa or apartment abroad, either as a holiday home for you and your family and friends or to rent to paying guests.
Room to Breathe SL offers the largest selection of privately owned self catering apartments and villas in Fuerteventura. We have accommodation in Corralejo, El Cotillo, Lajares, Villaverde, Caleta de Fuste, and, new for 2009, Gran Tarajal.

- Take the keys from your lawyer once you have taken title
- Carry out a full builders clean
- Arrange for kitchen and furniture fitting (if you decide to order flat pack furniture, we will assemble for you)
- Design, construct, and plant a complete garden through our Room to Breathe Gardens division
- Provide a Spa to enhance your property’s rental potential.
- Commission your pool or spa
- Prepare your property for holiday or long term letting.
- Provide all necessary linen, crockery and cutlery which is readily available locally in the event of loss or damage
- Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of you property – changeover cleans, laundry, windows, pools and spas, gardens
- Carry out regular repairs and maintenance so that your property is always presented in a top class condition
- Arrange airport transfers for you and your guests
- Provide regular reports on condition of property, pool chemical levels, safety issues etc. so that you are not confronted with expensive surprises.
